Our team of K12 experts is at the forefront of modern educational design and planning. We support our district partners through every aspect of their projects. We provide 21st century and long-range planning, perform building condition surveys for capital improvement projects, and provide pre-referendum services for community approval.
We design successful K12 learning environments, including 21st Century Learning Environments or workforce training programs, accommodating all learning styles and giving students what they need to thrive. Our master planning and feasibility studies address Districts’ current and future needs offering sustainable and inclusive solutions that integrate the needs of students and educators while responding to curriculum requirements.

Building Condition Survey / 5-Year Plan
We provide accurate and objective data of K12 facilities that identify capital investments to meet the goals of the district. We coordinate with SED on building aid calculations, project budgeting, Building Condition Surveys and 5-Year Plans. This analysis and coordination allow us to then assist with pre-referendum services for most of the school districts we serve.
