SWBR offers a wide range of benefits for our employees and their families.
Our benefits include health and dental insurance, 401K, life insurance, short and long term disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, flexible work hours, professional development and more.
But perhaps the biggest benefit is working in a friendly, fun, relaxed and creative environment where all opinions and ideas are valued.
“ I was drawn to SWBR for its reputation for working on interesting and challenging projects and employing highly skilled architects. SWBR has offered me opportunities to learn from great mentors.“
Summer intern turned
SWBR’s fearlessly creative, enthusiastic, inquisitive and passionate interns work side-by-side with our architects and designers as integral team members. You’ll be assigned to a specific project, ranging from complex educational facilities to lifestyle and corporate interiors to housing complexes to gain experience in all the design disciplines we practice: architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, urban planning, lighting design, graphic design and environmental graphic design. Our full-time, paid internships typically last eight weeks and can be completed anytime between May and September.
At SWBR, we believe in the power of lifelong learning and teaching. We encourage both by supporting continued education and active involvement in the design profession.
