ITX Renovations in New Downtown Rochester Office Completed
In 2019, ITX Corp. decided to relocate their corporate headquarters from its original suburban office into the City of Rochester’s Downtown Innovation Zone. Leasing existing offices in the Metropolitan building, the software development company hired SWBR to create an employee-focused design with a variety of workspaces.
The transformation at the Metropolitan includes open office, “hoteling stations,” phone booths, conferencing, and a kitchen, living, and dining retreat. Existing exterior windows are maximized while offering a warm, comforting environment in this Resimercial office design. Creating a simplistic, contemporary workplace with the comforts of home allows telecommuters an appealing option to transition to a different work environment.
