With more than two decades of experience, Philip has built a career around helping organizations move big ideas forward, bringing together diverse perspectives, clarifying objectives, and guiding projects from vision through execution.
A trusted partner to developers, educational institutions, municipalities, healthcare organizations, and nonprofit clients, Philip is known for navigating complexity with a collaborative, solutions-focused approach. His portfolio spans mixed-use developments, behavioral health facilities, community-focused investments, housing, and downtown revitalization efforts throughout the Northeast.
Philip joins SWBR from Colliers Engineering & Design, where he served as a Principal. Beyond project leadership, he brings strengths in facilitation, organizational alignment, team development, and client engagement. He earned a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Professional Studies from the University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning, along with an Associate of Applied Science in Architectural Technology from SUNY Alfred.
