Shannon Struzik Joins SWBR as Chief People Officer

We are pleased to welcome Shannon Struzik as Chief People Officer. An expert in organizational design and development, Shannon also has a strong background in compensation, benefits, reward systems, talent assessment, and professional development.

In her new role, she is responsible for developing and executing SWBR’s human resources strategy, talent initiatives, and cultural vision. She leads all aspects of talent acquisition, employee relations, HR operations, leadership development, and the firm’s ongoing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.

“Shannon brings the ideal balance of cultural leadership, trusted relationships, and strategic workforce planning experience,” said President Tom Gears, AIA. “Her leadership will elevate our people strategy and drive meaningful growth.”

Shannon most recently held executive leadership roles focused on human resources strategy, talent development, and workplace culture, and has experience in leadership positions within the marketing and communications industry. An MBTI certified practitioner, she brings comprehensive expertise in human capital strategy and organizational culture.

“I’m looking forward to contributing to SWBR’s strong, collaborative culture and helping it become even more impactful for everyone on the team,” said Shannon.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo and a Master of Science in Sport Administration (MSA) with MBA core curriculum from Canisius College.
