We’re proud to announce that Sarah LoPresti, SHRM-CP, PHR, Human Resources Generalist and Associate, has been named the National Human Resources Association (NHRA) Rochester Chapter’s 2026 Rising Star. The annual award recognizes an emerging HR professional whose contributions are making a meaningful difference within their organization.
Since joining SWBR in 2022, Sarah has helped shape how the firm supports, develops, and recognizes its employees. She led the implementation of SWBR’s first salary banding structure, helped establish clearer career pathways across disciplines, strengthened benefits, and introduced improvements that made HR resources more accessible and easier to navigate. Together, these efforts have brought greater clarity, consistency, and opportunity to team members across the firm.
