We’re pleased to announce that Construction Administrator Kristan Hodorowski, RA, recently earned her certification in Construction Documents Technology (CDT) from the Construction Specifications Institute. CDT professionals are highly respected for their industry expertise in the writing and management of construction documents.
Kristan has been with SWBR since 2024 and is responsible for all construction administration duties for our Capital Region projects, including site visits, submittals, and pay applications. As a CDT certified professional, she has a comprehensive understanding of the project delivery process from initial programming to final occupancy.
She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in English/Fine Arts from SUNY Albany, a Master of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and is a licensed NYS architect.
