Bryan Acomb, AIA, Project Manager
Bryan lives in Clifton Springs and has been with the firm since 2023. He is responsible for managing higher education projects through every phase, from design through construction completion.
Jeff Kuhn, AIA, Project Architect
Jeff has been with the firm since 2021 and is responsible for design and planning, construction oversight, and project team leadership on a variety of science, technology, and commercial projects. He lives in Penfield.
Sarah LoPresti, Human Resources Generalist
Sarah has been with the firm since 2022 and lives in Rochester. She is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, continuing education, health and safety, and employee recognition.
Becky Maier, PE, Civil Engineering Manager
Becky oversees all aspects of the group, including site engineering and stormwater design, team development, client relationships, and project team coordination. She joined the firm in 2024 and lives in Fairport.
Gabrielle Marino, AIA, Project Architect
Gabrielle has been with SWBR since 2018. She is responsible for design, coordinating internal project team and consultants, and code compliance on a variety of affordable and market rate housing communities.
Lee Oldfield, PE, Structural Engineer
Lee specializes in designing safe and stable building structures for a variety of higher education, housing, and commercial projects.
