ROCHESTER, NY — We’re pleased to announce the results of our annual Board elections, reinforcing the leadership team that guides SWBR’s vision, culture, and long-term growth trajectory.
This year’s election returns Principal Joe Gibbons and Chief Operating Officer Mark Kluczynski to three-year tenures on the Board, marking their third terms of service. Their continued leadership reflects a deep commitment to success and a longstanding investment in our shared future.
Board officers were also re-elected, with President and CEO Tom Gears continuing to serve as Chair of the Board and President; Kluczynski as Secretary; and Structural Engineering Manager Matthew Weber as Treasurer.
Representing a diverse range of disciplines and perspectives from across the firm, the Board works alongside the executive team to provide governance, strategic insight, and stewardship as the organization continues to evolve.
“One of SWBR’s greatest strengths is the willingness of our leaders to prioritize our people,” said Gears. “Serving on the Board requires thoughtful accountability and a dedication to something bigger than any one discipline or office. I’m grateful for the unique perspectives Joe, Mark, and all of our Board members bring to that responsibility.”
In addition to Gibbons, Kluczynski, Gears, and Weber, the Board includes Steven Fernaays, Leticia Fornataro, Dan Glading, Don Pannone, and Allison Shannon. Together, they help ensure SWBR remains well-positioned to serve clients and advance our mission throughout the communities we live and work with.
We extend our appreciation to all Board members for their continued service and leadership.
