We’re excited to share that nine incredible team members are now shareholders here at SWBR!
Together, they represent more than 20 years of commitment to our work, leading projects, resolving challenges, and supporting one another the same way we support our clients. Their impact is real, and now they’re helping lead what comes next.
Jason Burkhartzmeyer
Since joining SWBR in 2022, Jason has brought seasoned expertise and a meticulous eye to every project he touches. With more than 20 years of CAD and detailing experience, he works across multi-family, senior living, and financial environments, translating design into clear, coordinated construction documents. He sweats the details, not for perfection’s sake, but because accuracy protects both vision and client budget. That steadiness ensures projects are grounded in technical fortitude from the start.
Ben Link Collins, AIA
Ben joined SWBR in 2024 and quickly established himself within our Education market. He leads projects with energy and engagement, investing equally in strong client relationships and thoughtful design execution. Beyond project work, he’s passionate about mentorship and outreach, connecting with students at career fairs and encouraging future architects to imagine themselves shaping the built environment.
Cameron Cunneyworth, AIA
Since joining in 2024, Cameron has immersed himself in K-12 and higher education work, guiding projects from early conversations through final walkthroughs. He values the full lifecycle of a building — the evolution from abstract idea to lived-in space. For him, Architecture is ultimately about experience: how a hallway feels between classes, how light enters a classroom, how a campus fosters community. That perspective influences both his design thinking and his project leadership.
Amy Galiotti
Five years in, Amy has become indispensable to our team. As a Construction Project Coordinator, she operates behind the scenes, tracking documentation, aligning communication, and keeping moving parts synchronized. Her strength lies in organization and anticipation. She keeps our work progressing not through fanfare, but focus, making sure nothing falls through the cracks and everyone stays on course.
Kristan Hodorowski, RA
Kristan joined SWBR in 2024 and quickly took the lead in Construction Administration for our Capital Region work. With her Construction Documents Technology (CDT) certification, she brings technical fluency to the field, reviewing submittals, visiting job sites, and navigating pay applications with confidence. She tackles projects with a practical mindset, recognizing that thoughtful design must ultimately perform in real-world conditions. Her presence onsite reinforces both quality and accountability.
David Matthews, AIA
David came to SWBR in 2025 and now leads education projects from concept through construction. As a LEED Accredited Professional, he sees environmental stewardship not as an add-on, but as a framework for decision-making. Considering how climate, site context, and community inform each building’s direction, his work reflects a holistic approach — designing spaces that serve students today while remaining responsible to those who come after.
Jaimie Patton
Since joining in 2014, Jaimie has grown into a cornerstone of our Structural Engineering team. Over more than a decade, she’s led design and drawing development across senior living, affordable housing, manufacturing, and education projects. Her know-how turns complex architectural ambitions into feasible, buildable systems. This balance of analytical rigor with creative problem-solving ensures structures perform as beautifully as they appear.
Cassidy Reid
In just over a year as our Building Information Modeling (BIM) Specialist, Cassidy has taken the way we design and deliver projects to the next level. Her biggest win has been strengthening the development and standardization of our BIM workflows, ensuring that teams across all sectors are equipped with the tech tools and knowledge they need to work efficiently and collaboratively.
Ben Wolfling, PE
Ben arrived in 2024 and immediately reinforced the momentum of our growing Civil Engineering team. His portfolio spans water and wastewater systems and site engineering throughout New York State. Whether designing stormwater frameworks or advancing solar field developments, Ben views each project through a lens of environmental awareness and technical discipline. He understands that infrastructure is rarely visible, but its effects are lasting.
