We’re excited to welcome Ben Deuel, AIA to SWBR as a Project Manager for our Workplace market. With more than 14 years of experience, Ben will lead project teams from early concept through occupancy, bringing a thoughtful, well-coordinated approach to design. He focuses on balancing quality with schedule and budget, while supporting team growth through mentorship and continuous learning.
Ben joins us from CPL, where he began his career and contributed to a range of high-profile projects across the healthcare, community, and industrial sectors. He is actively involved in the local design community, currently serving as Secretary of the AIA Rochester Board of Directors, and previously holding leadership roles with AIA Rochester and the Center for Advancing Leadership and Design. He earned his Master of Architecture from the Wentworth Institute of Technology.
