DePaul acquired three existing properties in Rochester’s northeast neighborhood to create much-needed affordable housing as well as a wellness clinic. Two new buildings will provide 70 apartments for low-income residents, including 35 units with supportive services for older adults, individuals, and families who have experienced homelessness. On-site support services include life skills training, health care assistance, and community reintegration activities. The new community wellness clinic, located on a third site, will provide mental health and substance use counseling, medication-assisted treatment, and case management.
