We’re pleased to welcome Allyson Cottier to SWBR as a Structural Designer.
Allyson previously served as a Structural Engineering Graduate Research Assistant at Villanova University, where she led research on open-web steel joists. Her work explored the connection between engineering theory, building code requirements, and practical applications in the built environment. In her role, she will assist with structural system design and develop calculations and documentation that support project delivery.
Allyson earned both her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. She brings a curiosity-driven approach to engineering and a passion for solving complex challenges through thoughtful design.
