We’re pleased to announce the promotion of Sarah LoPresti to HR Operations Manager. Since joining SWBR in 2022, Sarah has helped advance the programs, systems, and resources that support our team members throughout their careers. Her ability to pair thoughtful HR principles with practical solutions has enhanced the employee experience across the firm.
Among her most significant accomplishments, Sarah led the development of SWBR’s first firmwide salary banding structure, bringing greater clarity and consistency to compensation across offices and disciplines. She also helped advance career frameworks for both design and Corporate Services professionals and introduced an updated professional development planning process, giving employees and managers clearer tools to support long-term growth.
Sarah has additionally helped strengthen benefits programs; modernize HR systems, records, communications, and workflows; and expand opportunities for future talent through SWBR’s internship program, the Urban League Black Scholars partnership, and Shadow Days. Her work was recently recognized by the National Human Resources Association (NHRA), which named her a 2026 Rising Star.
The leadership team is confident that Sarah will continue advancing the programs and processes that support employees across the firm, with a focus on creating clear, consistent, and meaningful experiences throughout their time at SWBR.
