Jefferson Gateway Village

The Gateway Village project leverages a 3.5-acre site to build a four-story arts community center, renovate a vacant brewery building at a key intersection, and rehabilitate the surrounding area into a vibrant mixed-use community. The multiphase venture will create 63 affordable apartments between both buildings. The community center will include space for art galleries, large banquet hall, private studios, and restaurant space. The renovated building will offer commercial space on the first floor with a restaurant, museum gallery, and other leasable retail spaces. The project will create a mixed-use hub that strengthens the Jefferson and Best intersection as a critical urban node.
