The second phase of the Charlotte Square Community, the Townhomes seek to provide a “for sale” product that is heavily lacking in Rochester. The site layout was designed to have Pitkin’s and Charlotte Street fronted with unit entries as well as the pocket park that is being shared with Phase One. This creates a “U” shape of buildings with parking in the middle being accessed by Haag’s Alley.
Ten luxury Townhomes that mainly front Charlotte Street and, like Charlotte Square Phase One, continue to activate the streetscape with landscaping and porch space at every entry. Every unit also has a rear entry with a more private patio. All units have parking garages and one space in the surface lot. The architecture is complimentary in materials to phase one, but unique in its scale and color. Large windows allow natural light to fill the open floor plans on the lower level. Units range in size from 1,460 – 2,265 SF with two or three bedrooms.
