“Interior Design is beginning to successfully focus more on the occupant’s purpose in the space, while also fulfilling aesthetic demands. Schools are adapting to flexible classrooms and corporate offices are looking to add more collaborative areas to minimize traditional cubical work spaces.”
Candace considers a design successful when it enhances the architecture, while also catering to and improving the quality of life for its occupants. She joined SWBR in 2016 after graduating from Mercyhurst University and is responsible for design concepts, presentation boards, monitoring current sustainable products and trends, and space planning for the firm’s key clients. Some of her project experience includes K-12 and higher education, assisted living communities, and corporate offices.
Candace enjoys outdoor activities such as camping and hiking as well as cooking with her family. She can also play the violin.
