2030 Commitment
In 2025, we reported 72 projects through the AIA 2030 Commitment, achieving an average 57% reduction in Energy Use Intensity (EUI), our strongest performance to date. More than half incorporated energy modeling, while 35 were all-electric, 11 met Passive House standards, 18 included solar energy, and 13 utilized geothermal systems.
