Design Proposal for Former Midtown Plaza Site
We recently proposed a design option for the former Midtown Plaza site as there is great potential in restoring the urban fabric in the central core of the City of Rochester. The proposal for parcel 5 was seeking to provide mixed-use amenities to compliment other projects and bring them together to enjoy vibrant, sustainable, 24/7 spaces. Through manipulation of architectural and landscaped spaces, we proposed an interweaving of public and private spaces, instilling a high sense of community and celebration.
