DePaul Community Services, together with the New York State Office of Mental Health, and the Corporation for Supportive Housing, provided this model facility in Rochester, NY. The residents of the SRO/CR are chronically mentally ill individuals, including formerly homeless individuals, who are capable of living in private apartments as long as on-site supportive services are available.
