This project involves a complete finishes upgrade throughout the 140,000 SF lease hold and alterations to create a new reception and waiting area and firm wide conference center. Sustainable design considerations are followed throughout the design consistent with Nixon Peabody’s corporate commitment to leadership in sustainability.
