SWBR is designing renovations and an addition to the existing DePaul building at 770 West Main Street in Rochester, NY.



The new construction/renovation will renovate the three-story convent building into an Office of Mental Health licensed14-unit Community Residence consisting of 14 studio apartments and a two-story wood frame 24-unit affordable apartment building will be constructed adjacent to Brown Street.

Additionally, a three-story, 75-unit Single Room Occupancy (SRO) building is to be constructed adjacent to West Main Street. Residential units will be located on the second and third floors of the facility while the first floor of the facility will house the common areas and administrative offices for the facility including a main entrance lobby, reception security areas, common lounge areas for the residents, dining room, central kitchen, medication and clinical offices, administrative offices, and back-of-house areas.

Estimated Construction Cost: $23,000,000

Estimated Construction Completion Date: December 2010
