SWBR prepared schematic design through construction document phase services, addressing both architectural and landscape architectural improvements, for the adaptive reuse of a former nursing home which was has sat vacant for several years. Part of the Wayne County Complex of building in Lyons, New York and adjacent to the Sheriff's Department and County Jail, the former nursing home will be reused as an office building for Probation, Stop DWI, Records Management, Board of Elections, Emergency Management, and other County departments. Site improvements will include extensive replacement of pavements, curbing, lighting, planting and amenities.
