SWBR provided complete architectural and landscape architectural services for this facility in Batavia, New York. The principal site component of the project was an enclosed courtyard which includes benches, ash urns, trash receptacles, concrete pavement, unit pavers, a shade structure, table systems, a basketball court, a storm drainage system, fencing, lawn areas, and plantings. The courtyard was designed to accommodate heavy use and provide a variety of recreation activities. It includes sitting areas for both individuals and groups and will serve the residents, their guests, and staff.
