SWBR is currently providing both architectural and landscape architectural services for this planned senior living community in Lockport, New York. Currently in the construction document phase, this project will include a central assisted living facility and multiple outlying neighborhoods with carriage homes. The community was planned to be walkable and to promote social interaction among its residents. It will feature several terraces and common outdoor spaces outside the main facility, as well as trail access to surrounding natural areas.
