Baird Road Apartments

SWBR provided both architectural and landscape architectural planning services for this planned senior living community in Fairport, New York. This project will include a central assisted living facility and multiple outlying homes. Currently an undeveloped lot, the community was carefully planned to minimize paved areas, maximize green space, and create a central green spine which serves to integrate the outlying homes with the larger facility.
