F-Block

SWBR teamed with a local developer to consider alternative development possibilities for F-Block in the City of Rochester. Currently one of the few remaining undeveloped parcels within Center City, the highly visible F-Block is located on Main Street opposite the Eastman School of Music. SWBR’s team of architects and landscape architects explored alternative layouts and uses for the site, most of which included park space, first floor retail, green roofs, apartments, underground parking, and office space.
