"Briody Health Care System has been an established skilled nursing facility in Niagara County since 1946. To meet the challenges of a changing health care market, Briody Health Care is working with SWBR Architects to masterplan and design their Pinegrove Estates community. This 100 acre community with 24 existing cottage homes is being planned for an additional 40 cottages, 60 independent living apartments, 20 Assisted Living apartments, and a community building. Future development on the site may include greenhouse style memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and adult day health. The new campus will provide an upscale, residential, comfortable and secure environment for seniors while promoting a wide variety of lifestyle choices."
